Rand is the rubber material that wraps the toe and heel area of the climbing shoes.
Often the need for rand is not outwardly visible. Rand gets the rips and holes, but it
also gets thin spots, which will quickly turn into rips and holes. It also adheres to the
sole. Therefore, we can’t replace only the rand.
